Like you, I was the skinny kid in high school. Quiet, unconfident, and constantly second-guessing myself. I thought I was doing everything right — eating “a lot,” working out here and there — but nothing changed.

My weight stayed the same, my frame stayed small, and my belief that I was just a “hard-gainer” or “ectomorph” only grew stronger.

-To make it worse, I was struggling with acne. I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin — literally. I’d avoid mirrors, dodge eye contact, and assume I had no shot with girls because of how I looked and felt.

But the truth is: nothing changes if nothing changes.

One day, I made a decision — not a big one, just a small commitment to start showing up for myself. I hit the gym. I learned. I kept going. Slowly, the changes came. Week after week, I began to feel different. Stronger. More confident. I gained momentum.

Now, two years later, I’ve gone from 56kg to 73kg. And I’m proud of every hard-earned kilo. It wasn’t quick — but it was worth it.

And here’s the thing: if I had known then what I know now, it wouldn’t have taken me two years. It could’ve taken just 12 weeks...

Once I started following the right blueprint, everything changed. I gained over 15kg of lean muscle, built real strength, and finally felt confident in my own skin.
